WELCOME TO MARTIAL MOVEMENT

LifeForce Martial Movement is a system of exercises that virtually ANYONE ANY AGE can do anytime or anywhere to feel more relaxed, focused, and energized. This method of movement uses techniques from several fields including the "flowing" arts of Tai Chi, Yoga and Chi Kung (focused breathing), as well as the "power" arts of Karate, and Tae Kwon Do, combined with some of the latest theories on body kinetics, and positive thinking.

Martial Movement is likely to be one of the most powerful exercise systems you will ever learn, and, at the same time one of the simplest. These exercises are FUN and EASY to learn, can be performed in a limited amount of time, and require no special clothing or equipment. Regular practice, just minutes a day, will provide positive, tangible benefits as documented in recent medical studies.

We will divide our studies into Martial Movement - Flow, and Martial Movement - Power, to parallel the divisions in mentality and technique that have evolved in the martial arts. The choice will be yours. Either way, once learned, Martial Movement can serve as the foundation of a HEALTHY LIFESTYLE which includes proper breathing and movement and can be used for the rest of your life!

MARTIAL MOVEMENT CLASSES

Weekly sessions are 45 minutes long.

ENROLLMENT: Enroll for six weeks of instruction for only $45 and enjoy our intimate classes in a studio setting. Class size is limited to 8 students. A minimum of 4 students must enroll or the session will be canceled. The enrollment fee includes all handouts and materials.
